Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds and order cancellations are not accepted. We honor exchanges only

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

If there are any quality issues with your product please reach out immediately and we will make it right.

Shirts are PRESHRUNK. Each listing has a size chart and fit-guide in the description, and we often encourage customers to size up if they are between two sizes.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable
  • Buyer pays for return shipping
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.

Once your return is acknowledged, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your items.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Sizing issues are handled on a case by case basis but are typically done as exchanges so long as it is within the return window.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
