exchanges

exchanges only. no refunds. no cancellations once an order is placed.

you have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. email extraspecialvintage@gmail.com with your order number and what you need. wait for confirmation before sending anything back — unrequested returns aren't accepted.

condition

items must come back unworn, unwashed, and in the condition they arrived in. anything sent back worn or washed won't be exchanged.

shipping

return shipping is on you. original shipping is non-refundable.

after it arrives

we'll confirm receipt and inspect the item. your exchange ships within 5 business days of that. if it's been longer, email us again.

sizing

shirts are preshrunk. every listing has a size chart and fit guide. between two sizes, size up. sizing exchanges are handled case by case and accepted within the 7-day window.

defects, damage, wrong item

different track. inspect your order when it lands. if something's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us with photos as soon as you notice. we cover shipping both ways and we make it right.

not exchangeable

sale items. gift cards. if you're unsure about a specific piece, ask before you buy.

european union

if your order ships into the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return it for any reason, without justification — including for a refund. the item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging, plus proof of purchase. this overrides everything above.
